Always plug the concentrator into a grounded outlet or approved extension cord. If the alarm sounds and there is no power, check the plug, fuse, or circuit breaker if available. If the problem persists, call 770-741-0718 and switch to the backup system. To check for oxygen flow, place the nosepiece end in water; bubbles indicate flow. If there's no flow, straighten or replace any kinked tubing, reconnect any disconnected tubing, and ensure the humidifier is properly connected without cross-threading.
